When Busy Moms Read Too was first created in December of 2021, the goal was to create a website that featured personal book reviews with content warnings. Since then, it turned into a team effort to provide a larger bias-free database for book content guides. This is accomplished by using a set guideline to provide consistent content guides across. Below you will find how to use this database and ways to connect with our reviewers. Navigating The Site

At the top of the page, a navigation menu will bring up several options, including “Guides by Genre” and “Home Page”. If you use the drop down option, you will get even more options with more specific topics within. Here is a short rundown to make navigating this site easier.

“Guides By Genre”

If you click this option, a page called “Guides By Genre” will appear, or you can use the drop-down menu for specific options. Each genre will contain every review posted in that specific genre. You can also use the search bar at the top right of the home page to search for a certain book you’re interested in. Click this link to take you to all book content guide reviews.

“Meet Our Reviewers”

Our team includes many bookworms that believe in easily accessible content guides + warnings for all. While most of them have their information on our Meet Our Reviewers page, some review and contribute to our site anonymously. (There is also an option for authors to submit their own works content warnings here.)

ARC Information

Some of the books on the database were given to reviewers before publication in exchange for a review. These will have a FTC disclosure at the end of the content warnings. Thank you in advance to the publishers for all advanced copies.
